Hi, my name is Jim Hancock and I’m the creator of Groobles Media.

I’m a teacher, film maker and puppeteer with a passion for engaging students through the use of entertaining and high-quality media.

I am available for school visits where I present my videos, demonstrate puppetry and involve students in performing and interacting with puppets.

My latest series of videos explores three native Australian animals: a koala, platypus and kangaroo.

The information included in these videos addresses key learning areas for Primary School students.

Puppet Presentation: Native Australian Animals

Students will be presented with three short videos produced by Groobles Media about native Australian animals: a koala, a platypus and a kangaroo.

Students will have the opportunity to puppeteer one of the animals after each video presentation.

They will also learn the origins of the name of each animal, their geographic location in Australia, predators and questioning skills.
